"Back in March, my family experienced the after effect of a broken sewer line in front of our house. Sewer water entered the lower half of our bi-level and destroyed everything - all the contents and even the drywall in every room. My wife and I thought we had lost control over a large part of our lives. After the cleanup, my wife and I contacted Mike Theunissen and his company, Howling Hammer to put things back together.
Over the course of the project, Mike listened to our ideas about the design of each room (living room, 2 bedrooms and a half bath) and offered his own thoughts based on his experience. My wife and I seemed to regain some control, yet Mike's ideas always fit in well with ours. He also gave us the impression that we were important customers, despite our knowing that he has had bigger and more expensive projects than ours. I was always amazed when I would come home for lunch and see more and more progress being made.
